SurveyFox Customer Surveys App

SurveyFox has been a great addition to my store. I use it to set up post-purchase and abandoned cart surveys, and it has really improved how I collect feedback. It helps me understand how customers find my store and provides valuable insights right after they make a purchase. I can see what hesitations they had or any general feedback they want to share, which helps me make better decisions.

Before, I was mostly guessing, but now I have a clear idea of why customers leave their carts and what affects their buying decisions. The team behind SurveyFox is also very responsive and always open to feedback. They’re constantly working on new features, some of which were even based on my suggestions!

Overall, SurveyFox is a must-have for anyone who wants to improve their store and better understand their customers. Highly recommend it!   

I have been using Surveyfox for a while now, and it's amazing, it works just as you hope it to, and there are loads of useful features while still being simple to use. I can see a lot of work has gone into it.
And the support is first class, what more can you ask for?!?             

This was one of the easiest apps to get set up. I had two questions, and support answered them within hours. Actually, the first one was answered in under an hour. It is also feature-rich and has everything you need. I was able to create a survey in less than an hour after I installed the app. I rarely leave reviews but I was impressed with the level of support and the ease of use.    

Useful app for collecting customer feedback. Set up and customization is intuitive, with good instruction/ documentation, user-friendly application to your site / emails with analytics. The support is responsive and helpful. Lots of features at the $25/mo tier.

We tested most of the similar offerings in the Shopify App Store for a several page customer feedback survey and eventually decided on SurveyFox for our solution. Bhanu, the founder, was invaluable in the process of helping set it up for our needs and responsive to our feedback about one or two of the current features. Replies went above and beyond what one would has come expect from support these days and that means a lot to us. We will continue to use SurveyFox for our future customer outreach campaigns and recommend it highly for others just starting out with similar enhancements to their sites.
