Update: I spoke with them. They were extremely helpful, and understood my complaint. They explained in detail how everything worked. It sounds like a good system for their target customer (larger stores). I do wish that the app description in the app store was more clear about everything so both I and them didn't have to waste a bunch of time on a holiday figuring everything out.

I upped my review to 3 stars from one because of how helpful they were.

I'm not stupid, but I cannot figure out how to set up the app, nor understand it's features easily. It is not clear how it works, what you have to do to set it up, or how it integrates with your current shipping system (If it even does at all).
