We haven’t received any support request from your account, and we’d genuinely like to understand what went wrong so we can help. The app is built using Shopify App Embeds, which means it does NOT modify your theme code. Once uninstalled, your theme automatically returns to its original state without leftover files or changes.

Amazing app. I use the product groups to link products by creating swatches. Easy to use and good customisations. I’ve tried out other apps but this was the only app that really worked how I wanted it to. I had a slight issue and they resolved it very quick - great customer service.
