Amazing team of support, any error, they fixed. Very reliables.

This app is terrible — a wasted $30. I’m honestly disappointed. There’s no trial period, so you have to pay $30 just to see whether it even fits your needs. My money was completely wasted. The whole logic of the app makes no sense. You even need approval just to use translation. It’s really bad. Don’t install it or waste your time.

Support is non-existent. Have been trying to reach out using their Zendesk support ticketing system. Submitted two tickets in the past week and was advised approx 24 hour response. Currently I am still yet to hear back and will likely be discontinuing use of SweepWidget once our campaigns have ended.

We recently had the chance to dive into SweepWidget, and must say, it has completely transformed how we run online contests and giveaways. We noticed an impressive boost in our email subscribers.

Apps works great, it's pretty easy to use. Like anything kinks come up but they worked to fix them. That's huge in my book. This is going to take our sweepstakes to the next level and keep cost down.

We've been running SweepWidget contests over year for our local school events. Their contest software has been consistently reliable and produced good results for our school functions. We recently made the switch to Shopify and downloaded the SweepWidget Shopify app. The experience has been so far so good!

I can't recommend SweepWidget highly enough! The owner went above and beyond to help with my inquiry, even creating a whole new feature to fit my needs. This company is a one-stop shop for anyone looking to run a contest, giveaway, or build their brand. If I could, I'd give them 6 stars!

App is super easy to use and straight forward. I was able to create my giveaway in less than 5 minutes and got it published to my shopify page with no issues and had some help with the customer support to make the giveaway page perfect which they were super helpful with and quick to respond to.

We absolutely love Sweep Widget! We've used it to bolster our brand awareness, garnish new followers, and build qualified email leads using its robust tools to host giveaways and contests. We tried out other competitors, but we loved that we could get immediate support and assistance in getting the most out of the product.

Looks pro. Unfortunately with the free testing plan, you cannot use most of the major useful options. Result is you see plenty of "upgrade to" links. This is very frustrating.
