Swipe is the worst app. They haven’t been able to resolve my issue for the last 2–3 months. I’m facing a GST rate issue, and they still haven’t fixed it. They only keep giving excuses, and their support team is completely unhelpful and unresponsive.

Swipe is incredibly well integrated with Shopify. It instantly fetches order details and updates the dashboard automatically, which saves a lot of manual work. One of the best features is how seamlessly it pushes GST returns directly to the portal.
