At the time you installed SyncMe, our pricing information wasn’t displayed clearly. We’ve now updated the app with transparent pricing and direct checkout through Shopify Billing, so merchants can subscribe instantly without needing to contact us.
We’d love for you to try the updated version and we’re always here if you’d like help getting started.
There are no clear prices; they force you to schedule a call to discuss pricing. It sounds non-transparent and suspicious.
We appreciate your honest feedback. Previously, pricing required a call to discuss, but that has now changed, all of our plans are publicly available and visible upfront, with simple subscription directly in the app. Thank you for pointing this out earlier, it helped us improve.
