Taakid puts every new cash-on-delivery order on a confirmation board, on hold until the buyer says yes. Tap WhatsApp and a ready message opens in your own WhatsApp, in Darija, Gulf Arabic, Arabic, French or English, written in the buyer's language and currency. One click records the answer: confirmed orders are released to ship, refused ones never leave. When a parcel is refused at the door, Taakid remembers that buyer and can hide cash on delivery from them at checkout.
