Great little app. Had an issue with one of the tags not working properly. Turned out it was user error and Kets over at TagRobot created a new script that works perfectly for my need.

The app did what I needed it to do, and customer service was prompt and helpful. I use this on multiple stores.

I needed to do some additional tagging based on product purchases. I tried a number of other apps, but found this the simplest one, and also loved that when I had a support query for something a little outside the product's scope, the developers replied and enabled me to do what I needed within a couple of days.

This app is great for tagging orders and customers. We use this app to tag and segment our customers into groups for targeted email blasts. Developer responds quickly to emails. Would highly recommend!

TagRobot is an amazing app. It does exactly what it says it does. In addition, when I needed an upgrade it was done while the developer was on vacation. Also, done free of charge and all of you are now enjoying the upgrade.

We have used tag robot since our inception, it has provided a quick and easy solution to our shops needs... Better than that we requested a small tweak and solution as an option, they turned it around in days.. Great service!
