Refunds have historically been a big pain for us, especially when you have exchanges, partial refunds, and different combinations of shipping and discounts. We worked Tailor to build a refund workflow/integration that syncs between Shopify and our accounting platform. Tailor was very helpful throughout the process, took the time to understand our business, and was responsive and proactive when there were any problems with the integration.
We’re spending much less time reconciling payouts and manually fixing mismatched records!

We were able to finally replace a buggy third-party connector for Shopify using Tailor. We also worked with the Tailor team to create special promo logic that would have required custom development before. We’re planning to test out Tailor’s actual modules for order management and inventory since everything has been working great so far

We've been migrating from Odoo ERP >>> Tailor ERP for the past few months and I acted as the main point of contact. It's been an incredible experience. We will be launching soon and after our recent preview of our instance of the Tailor ERP, I couldn't be happier with the quality of work brought back to us. June, Patrick and Michael were our main points of contact throughout the process and they did a fantastic job.
