We were able to finally replace a buggy third-party connector for Shopify using Tailor. We also worked with the Tailor team to create special promo logic that would have required custom development before. We’re planning to test out Tailor’s actual modules for order management and inventory since everything has been working great so far

Tailor is a company that offers much more than just an ERP. It felt like a true partnership every step of the way through the migration process.
We've been migrating from Odoo ERP >>> Tailor ERP for the past few months and I acted as the main point of contact. It's been an incredible experience. We started with Tailor when they built us a new custom Shopify connector that synced Shopify and Odoo. Once that went well, we began our migration. They analyzed every aspect of our business operations, gathered our feedback and frustrations with our current tech stack and processes, and managed to simplify and improve almost every one of our day-to-day processes. We saw improvements through almost every step of our operations. They helped us revamp our tech stack with software that better fits our needs and removes the extra bloat that clogged up our day-to-day processes and operations. Tailor always left us feeling safe. With the numerous on-site meetings and solid communication, they always made it clear that we are partners and they will do everything they can to ensure we are happy with the end product. We will be launching soon and after our recent preview of our instance of the Tailor ERP, I couldn't be happier with the quality of work brought back to us. June, Patrick and Michael were our main points of contact throughout the process and they did a fantastic job. They have very high standards for quality of work, are incredibly transparent, always made sure we felt heard and offered solutions to any issues we brought up, and were always incredibly hospitable. Syncing orders across warehouses/locations and running our backend is a lot smoother with Tailor. Their support team genuinely cares about understanding the problems we’re trying to solve and it shows.

Tailor replaced a bunch of other tools and manual workflows we were using to manage our multiple sales channels (Shopify store, Amazon, etc). The team is always responsive and jumps in when there’s an issue.

We needed a way to apply our unique bundle logic automatically and Tailor delivered exactly that.
