We added Talkom to improve product discovery in our store.
Instead of using a traditional search bar, customers can describe what they’re looking for and get product recommendations and useful information through a conversation.
The AI answers questions about products, orders, policies, and other store information based on our content.
Setup was straightforward and the Shopify integration worked smoothly.
I have been using Talkom AI on my webshop, kbeautyforyou.hu, for just two days, but my first impressions are overwhelmingly positive.
