I’ve been using Taskra on my Shopify store and honestly, it’s made a big difference. The AI actually uses your own products, policies and store information, so the replies feel relevant rather than like a generic chatbot.
It handles a lot of the customer questions I would normally have to deal with myself, especially through live chat and email. Having that running automatically has saved me a lot of time and reduced the amount I’ve had to spend on customer support.
It’s been really useful for my store and I’d definitely recommend giving it a try if you want to automate your customer support and make things easier to manage.
