In my case, I run a B2B eCommerce store with customers across Europe, many of whom have valid EU VAT numbers and should not be charged VAT. Shopify is mainly built for B2C, so handling VAT exemptions for B2B customers isn’t straightforward out of the box.

Sulejman guided me through the setup and helped tailor everything so that VAT is correctly handled for business customers. He also helped improve the appearance of the VAT input block, making it look clean and well integrated with my store design.

Great app and outstanding support. We are a Swedish company selling to both B2C and B2B customers across the EU, and this app has been instrumental in creating a smooth and reliable B2B checkout experience. Our B2B customers can now place orders from EU countries outside of Sweden, enter their company VAT number, and have VAT automatically deducted at checkout. The support team is excellent. We needed help creating custom metafields to pass VAT-related data to our ERP system, and this was solved in under one hour, fully coded and deployed.
