We've been using Tax Rex for at least a year, if I remember correctly. They have executed flawlessly and eliminated all the stress and hassle related to sales tax. Their customer service is prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Tax Rex!

I don't know why I was trying to do it on my own. We operate in a single state (California) and their tax filings are horrible. Shopify tax was difficult to manually process, and their automated filings worked but wouldn't allow for companies that have to remit monthly tax filings. Tax Rex to the rescue! We are new with them, but communication is great and looks like we are good to go. What was a 1/2 day process trying to sort through reports is now automatic. Thank You!

Tax Rex has been a HUGE help in determining sales tax obligation with the 'Economic Nexus' laws. The app is very simple to use, have very clear reports for filing and is very inexpensive to use given the amount of time we save in reporting tax across several states.
Given the very limited Shopify Tax for non-Plus stores, this is a must have to streamline the tax back-end and stay in compliance.
