We have been using Tax Rex for a couple months now, so far so good. The setup is easy, they register each state for you for a flat fee per state and then automatically file the sales tax returns by the deadline for a small fee, which the frequency carry vary from state to state (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.) We were looking to automate our sales tax collection and remittance to be compliant with all states where we have an economic nexus and this app does exactly what we need it to do for a reasonable cost. Saves a lot of time and headache doing it ourselves manually. Highly recommend!
extremely easy to use, very efficient and has saved me a lot of time. I highly recommend to anyone who has to file with multiple states with multiple counties. Taxrex also provides good reports and excellent support and communication. It is a no-brainer to use their company. I use to do all of my own filings, but they are efficient and economical.
