I received a notification from Shopify that the TCS Courier app needs to be updated to meet their requirements. The app will stop working after September 20, 2024, if not updated.
Please look into this to ensure continued functionality.

Choose TCS if you want to: ⚠️
1. Get cheated with unclear quotes and high shipping charges
2. Face long payment delays that can hurt your business
3. Deal with unhelpful customer support and a management team that ignores your complaints
My experience with TCS was terrible. They quoted 250/kg plus 100 for extra weight, but I ended up with unexpected charges that felt like theft. After sending over 250k in parcels, I only received 2700 and then 500.
I raised my concerns about the strange shipping charges, but the manager ignored me. I also reached out to customer support, and they did not respond either. Their customer support is also the worst, making it hard to get help. Their shady practices can lead to big losses for small businesses. Be careful!
