We have used this app for over a year now and we are happy so far - Eric from the support has been really helpful with small tweaks so it fit perfect for our store.
This app was very easy to install & customise. It has been reliable both in function & support. Our store theme required some customisation to remove our sliding cart & the team at Saio were not only happy assist but supper helpful with the tech biz & had this fixed in a jiffy. They checked the functionality & followed up to ensure we were happy with the changes.
This works very well! A few min after we installed we had the checkbox we needed on our cart. We had some special needs regarding having the checkbox on the checkout page in some cases, we email Saio and after a few hours we was good to go.
I had a issue with my store because the checkboxes donnot appear in the cart page but the client is not able to make a purchase without checking the boxes that dont exist. We use the paid version.
I contacted the support and no response after a couple of days...
The app works exactly as stated and was a breeze to install. Because of my Shopify theme, we needed to do some customization and they were more than happy to help us. We greatly appreciated them going above and beyond. Now we are up and running with ease and have peace of mind knowing our terms and conditions are being agreed to by our customers.
Does what it should - plug n' play app.
We tried some of the others out there, but this one from Saio works for us and our needs.
I have found it easy to set up as a merchant and it is also user friendly for my clients.
Just horrible. This app has a tendency to not pop up at times and customers can bypass this step. This app opens you up to a lot of chargebacks and customer confusion. Does not help! Would not suggest to business owners
The App stops working without warning, and just shows an error popup message when customers try to check out their order without checking the checkbox; there is no option to allow the customer to NOT check the checkbox.. if they do so, they cannot check out.

Easy to use, but I wish you could require customer to check a box before checkout., or at least notify me if they checkout with a negative answer.
