Switched here from a free Thank-you-page survey app that kept losing responses when customers paid with Shop Pay. Qualify X actually captures every order — I verified by spot-checking against our Shopify orders for a week and the numbers matched 1:1. The Online Store block is the bit I didn't expect to use, but turning it on for our /thank-you-extra page added another ~15% response volume. The Polaris UI feels like a native Shopify app, which I appreciate. Trial was enough time to be sure it was right for us.
First time using a survey app for our store and Qualify X felt sized right for us. We only do about 200 orders a month so Starter is plenty. What sold me was the rules system — I only show the survey on first-time orders and skip anyone who already filled one out, so we don't annoy repeat buyers. The frequency control is exactly what I wanted. Reports give me what I need (NPS-style summary + open-ended responses), and I can export per survey if I want to dig deeper. Easy onboarding, no headaches, would recommend.
