Edit: After reaching out to them to let them know about the problem, the answer was to contact my theme's developer, and that their themes don't disconnect. In other words, trying to sell me a theme when their current app won't work.
This app disconnects ALL the time. It takes to deactivate the access to Instagram to then reactivate it and sometimes it works. It worked well for a while.
I am using this App as a post purchase Upsell.

Easy customization of Thank You Page. I recommend to all ecommerce business owner.
The thank-you page looks beautiful. Although I don't have sales yet (as I'm not published yet I can see the impact the thank you page will have on my potential customers soon! I loved the easiness of the initial setup and arranging the layout of the widgets. Sooo easy!

App was easy to install and easy to set up. I am hoping for additional sales with the discount code attached that automatically applies to my returning customers checkout page. Only thing I would add is a timer, but this is not yet available.
Video app does not take YouTube Video; error is "not a recognizable format" even though it is a YouTube URL.
Product upsells do not leave any room to describe each product.No one is going to buy the upsell without content. In fact, on a real check out even the full title of the upsell is truncated.
Also product upsell pictures are truncated on the thank you page when you place an order. The pictures look different in a real check out from when in set up widgets. And they are too small for a customer to understand the product.
Overall, no one would purchase the upsell with the format that this app provides.
So far it looks like a decent app but there's no live support option and customer service hasn't gotten back to me yet so it seems they're lacking in that department. There's a bug with their widget layout that I need help fixing, once that's done I would bump the review to a 5 star.
