Mentally backward customer service, I’ve been trying for over a year just to change my email with no success. The shipping is very slow; it says it will arrive within 15 days but it takes more than 20 days. Despite the app’s nice interface, the service is garbage.

Not good. VERY slow to get product through production and consistently overdue on shipping. Customer service is awful, takes days to get back to you if at all and never of any help. I still have an order that is "stuck" in customs after 2 months and I have asked for a refund and they just tell me logistics is working on it. Stay far away from this company!

Terrible Experience

I have had an awful experience with ThisNew.com. My orders have been delayed for way too long – it’s been over 20 days, and I am still waiting for my products to be shipped. This is completely unacceptable!

My clients are furious because they want their products, and all I've received are excuses. To make things worse, I’ve requested refunds, but they flat-out refused to return my money. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers or their business.

Save yourself the headache and stay away from ThisNew.com. I won’t be doing business with them again!

ThisNew is FANTASTIC!
There are several things I look for with a print-on-demand vendor.
1) Good Products
2) Timely Delivery
3) Great Communication
ThisNew does all three. Yes, they are in China, but their delivers times have been very accurate to the United States, Canada and Europe. Yes, I need to stay up late to speak with them, but they respond quickly on WhatsApp, and answer all of my questions.
Their products are very good quality, and I plan on expanding my SKUs with them.

after reading a lot of negative reviews decided still to try them, made some sample order hope it will arrive as described, reached customer support for some questions and concerns that i have, 2-3 day ago from writing this review its seem like nobody there, writhed in site chat and email.

just keep in mind when you making and order inside there platform its like your gambling, such a shame they really got some good products and imagination service.

Honestly, this is the worst print on demand company we've worked with in our 4 year career in the Print On Demand industry.

We've fulfilled over 17.000 orders with multiple factories ranging from Printify to ThisNew.

Each factory has their flaws but ThisNew tops them all. Let me summarise:
1. The highest % of late shipments
2. The highest % of misprints, damaged products and shipping the wrong products
3. They DO NOT own up to their mistakes and always make excuses that "it's normal" and offer a $1 coupon for a $40 product that arrived damaged or with a misprint
4. This last one I've led slide for a while but I am 99% convinced that there's a leak in a their system or employees are stealing designs and selling them on AliExpress, I wouldn't trust them with my bestselling designs...

Mistakes and Errors can happen, I'm normally an understanding person but when 1 in 10 products arrive with problems and the company never offers a resolution, that's just plain BAD BUSINESS.

A Disappointing Experience with THISNEW's Print on Demand Services.
I have been a customer of THISNEW for over two years and have, until recently, been quite satisfied with their product selection and Print on Demand (POD) services. However, a recent incident involving a delay in order fulfillment has not only caused significant disruption to my business, but has also revealed an unsettling lack of customer service, accountability, and efficiency within THISNEW.
Earlier this year, I designated THISNEW as my main supplier for POD items, mainly due to their extensive product range which simplified the sourcing and design process for my apparel line. Unfortunately, financial constraints made it difficult for me to order samples of my new designs. However, I managed to place a sample order in May 2023, with high hopes of showcasing my new line to potential customers and retailers.
Fast forward to August 2023, three months later, and I'm still awaiting my order. This delay has been incredibly frustrating and has caused a detrimental loss of momentum for my business. The root cause appears to be a payment issue. I made my payment through PayPal, and although it was confirmed that THISNEW received the payment in their bank account by June, my order continued to show up as unpaid on their end.
Over the course of several weeks, I attempted to resolve this issue, contacting THISNEW multiple times through their chat window, only to be met with silence. Finally, in mid-July, I received confirmation from a chat representative named "Cassie" that they had, indeed, received my payment. Instead of an apology or any form of compensation for the delay and confusion, I received a casual message stating they would now be processing my order.
The lack of accountability, dismissive attitude, and nonchalant handling of this situation left me feeling both infuriated and powerless. When I communicated to them how their negligence had cost me potential sales and business growth, they failed to acknowledge the impact of their actions.
Today, I find myself in a disappointing position, having to start from scratch, seeking a new supplier who can offer a similar selection. Running an eCommerce business is challenging enough without having to deal with such setbacks.
To anyone considering using THISNEW's POD services, please be aware of my experience. I believed I was partnering with a reliable and efficient company, but their recent actions, or lack thereof, have shown a clear lack of respect for their customers and their businesses. Ultimately, THISNEW's unapologetic handling of my situation resulted in a damaging setback for my business and an absolute waste of my time and resources.

I just want to say since writing this original message, customer service has improved drastically as have shipping times. I solved the problem with not being able to upload my design images by either clearing my cache or trying a different browser. I was using Brave browser and have since switched back to Firefox and have had no problems. I have always been extremely pleased with the quality of the items I'm getting from them and I would recommend giving them a try. They have some unique items that sell well that I can't find on any other site.

Original ---- Customer service takes forever and most of the items I've worked with before, won't let me save my designs now. Not a word from customer service and it's been over a week. It was working fine until about a week ago, not sure what's going on.

We tried the app a while back and found it was very unintuitive for our needs (we do personalization). Now we keep getting spam emails from them - we've asked on multiple occasions to please stop emailing us. Every email comes from a different address, so we are unable to block them. If you don't like typical Chinese spam emails, stay away from this app!

Excellent quality masks. They take a little longer to arrive but are worth the wait. I have ordered nearly 800 masks from ThisNew and have never had a printing error! They have excellent customer support and my account representative, Lois, is always very helpful!

UPDATE OCT 2020:
After being contacted by a new account manager I made a few test orders and have been very impressed. Not only have they been answering any and all questions and concerns I have had, they got everything to me in a reasonable amount of time. The quality of the items has impressed me as well, no weird smell with shirts, print quality is very good. And they are now alerting me when things are being discontinued and the items they are being replaced with. I am still nervous with all the issues I had in the past and have one more test order on the way. Very happy they are listening to their customers and are making changes. ORIGINAL:
Worst customer service, everything is almost an entire month over due, they use fake shipping numbers to avoid refunds through paypal, they refuse to respond to emails or messages, they are not an American Company, and I doubt they have any American's working for them like their site suggests they do. Amazing provider! I started to work with them a few months back. They are a pleasure to work with. The shipping problems at the beginning of the pandemic are mostly solved now. I've been running a couple of Print-on-Demand stores for over a year now. I've tested about a dozen POD companies, and by far, ThisNew is the best out there. They have the largest selection at the best prices I could find, and their customer service is friendly and amazing. They also have a super helpful Facebook community full of active users. This means that no matter your experience with POD, ThisNew can help support your business with products, and their Facebook group can help you learn and grow.

Ive used this app for about 5 months and at first they were extremely slow with shipping and customer service. However since i first started they have GREATLY improved their service and im beyond impressed. This is one of the best up and coming print on demand companies in my opinion. Shipping comes from china on most products but the shipping times are not that bad. I love this app and will continue to profit off their amazing margins.

I use This New for my production partner for KN95 masks I custom design for my customers. The Quality is 5* by my customers. My products are in production under 5 business days, and get to my customers under 15 business days. Typically takes about 11 business days for customer to receive after production. Very please with customer service and products.
There were a few hiccups with payment processing at the beginning, I had to take a break from using their services, but now they have everything resolved, so I am quite pleased.
I do recommend them, & will be testing other products to add to my store. My 2 other production partners are 10-15+ business days out before shipping, so my customers are actually getting their orders faster from This New then Canada and USA.
