We've tried a number of e-commerce analytics tools, but Threddle has been the first one that consistently delivers insights we can actually act on. The competitor and trend insights make it easy to stay on top of assortment shifts, pricing changes, and emerging demand without spending hours digging through data ourselves. Just as importantly, the team behind Threddle has been exceptional. Whenever we've had a question or needed guidance, they've responded quickly with thoughtful, hands-on support. That level of responsiveness and partnership is something we haven't experienced with other Shopify apps.
