WOW! Such an amazing experience! I used this app to create tickets for our upcoming event, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the support I received!
The customer service is incredibly fast, helpful, and proactive. Every time I had a question or ran into an issue, I received a quick response, and they were always happy to jump on a call to help me figure things out.
What impressed me the most was how willing they were to adapt to my needs. They even added a brand-new feature to the app specifically to accommodate something I needed! That level of customer service is honestly so rare and so appreciated.

I've installed and tested multiple event apps over the years with Shopify and NONE of them have been this seamless. It's easy for folks with very little tech background. And, it makes my life so much easier not having to hunt for different settings in multiple places. You'll be able to set up an entire event from A-Z without leaving the desktop window. Awesome UX design. Really rooting for it becoming fully-integrated with Shopify on the left-hand panel. We need more Ticket Spot! Woo!

Working with Chris and Ticket Spot has been a great experience! After exploring numerous ticketing app options, Ticket Spot was the only one that met all our needs. We host a large annual event with several different types of ticket sales, so things can get complicated. Chris has been incredibly responsive whenever issues arise, always quick to help or find a solution.

Having everything integrated in one place has made managing ticket sales so much easier and reduced the need to go back and forth between Ticket Spot and Shopify. We’ve also found the notification and waitlist features especially helpful for managing class registrations.
