Ticket Spot worked exactly as I needed it to, and better than I expected. In any instance when it did not function in the exact, nuanced way I wanted, their support team resolved the concern for me immediately, with a higher level of service than I have ever received from any other app within shopify.

Ticket Spot was a huge help for our ATEEZ Destiny’s Memories event. We had a very complex setup with over 733 variants across multiple time slots and dates, plus 1,000+ visitors, and the app handled everything smoothly.
It made managing event tickets, customer selections, and scheduling much more organized than a standard product setup.
Thank you to Chris, who was a great help with setting everything up. His support made the process much easier and gave us confidence going into a high traffic event.

The platform sits on top of Shopify nicely, giving the flexibility of a standalone ticket platform while streamlining all payment flows.

All the functionality we needed is there: waitlists, ticket publishing, repeating events and questionnaires.

We had a couple of issues, but after a chat these were quickly resolved.
