Ticket Spot ‑ Event Ticketing

This app has been a great success on our store and support has been outstanding. We are using some newer features of the app and the Ticket Spot team has been responsive and quick about making sure everything works correctly. Feedback from customers is that they love the interface as it is very user-friendly. And the interface for us to create and manage events is also fantastic and user-friendly. Highly recommend.

I use Ticket Spot to manage registrations for my Best of Arizona Cars and Coffee event, which features 600+ display vehicles, and the app has worked great for us. It makes it easy to manage registrations, track attendees, and handle check-ins efficiently on event day.

The app developer is also easy to reach and very responsive, helping with any questions in a timely manner. The platform sits on top of Shopify nicely, giving the flexibility of a standalone ticket platform while streamlining all payment flows.

All the functionality we needed is there: waitlists, ticket publishing, repeating events and questionnaires.
