In any instance when it did not function in the exact, nuanced way I wanted, their support team resolved the concern for me immediately, with a higher level of service than I have ever received from any other app within shopify.

The platform sits on top of Shopify nicely, giving the flexibility of a standalone ticket platform while streamlining all payment flows.

All the functionality we needed is there: waitlists, ticket publishing, repeating events and questionnaires.
