Ticket Spot was a huge help for our ATEEZ Destiny’s Memories event. We had a very complex setup with over 733 variants across multiple time slots and dates, plus 1,000+ visitors, and the app handled everything smoothly.
It made managing event tickets, customer selections, and scheduling much more organized than a standard product setup.
Thank you to Chris, who was a great help with setting everything up. His support made the process much easier and gave us confidence going into a high traffic event.
Overall, Ticket Spot was reliable, easy to use, and a great solution for large scale events or timed entry experiences. Highly recommend it.

The app developer is also easy to reach and very responsive, helping with any questions in a timely manner. This app has been a great success on our store and support has been outstanding. We are using some newer features of the app and the Ticket Spot team has been responsive and quick about making sure everything works correctly. We have been using TicketSpot for our events and it has worked great, we needed a way to move our whole ticketing system from one platform to another, and ticketspot was the bridge that we needed. I would like to give a special shout out to Chris, who has been helping us with detailed steps, recommendations and just general fixes all along our path. Great customer service. Keep on the good work. Definitely recommend, specially the seating map features, very detailed, easy to learn and great seating map designer.

The platform sits on top of Shopify nicely, giving the flexibility of a standalone ticket platform while streamlining all payment flows.
All the functionality we needed is there: waitlists, ticket publishing, repeating events and questionnaires.
We had a couple of issues, but after a chat these were quickly resolved.

Ticket Spot App helped us hosting our event. No problem hosting 11.000+ attendees. Worked like a charm honestly. Also, support is always there to help. Would recommend.
Ticketspot team have helped us a lot for the development of our new ticketing platform in Shopify. They have updated their software to fit to our events, adding a lot of options and tools. We are now testing TicketSpot + Shopify for our new events.
TicketSpot served us amazing during the duration of our Farewell Tour and checked all the boxes we needed. 10/10 would highly recommend and would use again!
