TimePortは、日本のECショップ向けに配送業務をサポートするアプリです。購入者が商品ページで最短お届け日を確認し、カートで配送希望日・時間帯を選べる環境をコードなしで構築できます。配送可能日・時間帯・休業日などは管理画面から柔軟に設定でき、複数の配送設定をタグで使い分けることも可能です。購入後に設定が変更され、選択済みの配送日時が無効になった場合も、購入完了後のサンキューページ内でそのまま再選択できます。購入者に連絡することなく配送日時を修正でき、ショップ運営の手間を減らします。注文詳細には配送日・配送時間帯が自動で記録され、サンキューページでの再選択後は元の情報を残したまま修正後の日時も追記されます。配送に関する情報が注文履歴に正確に残るため、スタッフ間の情報共有もスムーズです。ヤマト・佐川・日本郵便の配送伝票フォーマットに対応したCSVを管理画面から一括出力でき、受注後の手入力や転記作業を大幅に削減します。スタンダード・プロの2プランで提供。ショップの規模に合わせてご選択できます。
