I spent almost 30min setting up the icons and blocks. Finally, the icons didn't show up. I contacted the chat support and no one responded. It's a waste of time at the end of the day

I tried reaching out to the merchant multiple times, offered the app for free and to help set everything up but got no response.

I responded within 10 minutes when the merchant messaged me and after one more minute got the review.

It's really sad to see such reviews especially when we tried to reach out to the merchant multiple times and just got our emails ignored.
