10000% recommend! So this morning, I woke up to all of my collections having been deleted by a different app gone rogue. I was frantic and contacted shopify only to have them tell me that it was impossible to restore deleted collections. I went through and rebuilt some of them, but then thankfully remembered that I had this backup app installed. I am so very glad, because, while I could have rebuilt all of my collections, it would have taken a long time to restore all of the broken links plus shopify logs only let you go back like 250 entries, so it was hard to see all of the collections that were deleted because many of the log entries were "--app hid a collection, app hid a collection, app deleted a collection" etc.
Long story short, get this app! It is a small price for peace of mind and insurance against your products and/or collections being deleted by a rogue app (by the way, the app that accidentally deleted my collections was made by a reputable company that had some sort of a glitch/issue). This backup app saved me so much time and stress. Thank you guys!! : )
The app is strategic (who wants to lose data?), very simple to setup and effective, for a very fair price.
This app is an absolute lifesaver! I encountered an issue that caused multiple products to be altered or deleted, but the support team was exceptional—they quickly restored everything to a previous version before the problem occurred. I can't thank them enough; every store truly needs this app. You might not realize its value until you need it, but when you do, it’s invaluable. I don’t know how I would have recovered from this mistake without it. 5 stars all the way—definitely not worth the risk of going without it!

Accidentally deleted most of my products.

Would be 5 stars with a bulk restore feature. It seems like a basic requirement for a backup app. Who wants to restore 1000 products manually one by one?
We have bulk restore. Bulk restore is just on demand by messaging our in-app support!
No need to do everything one by one :)
Literally did nothing, it said it was backing up so I left it for a day.
Came back and see 0 items backed up, no errors or progress of any kind.
Huge waste of time
Update:
We investigated the store and found out It had 53000 products to backup. The backup was created in 7 hours and finished on 2024-03-16 01:27 UTC and seems the app was uninstalled on 2024-03-16 01:30 UTC
It just was finished when It seems you have left our app and went to uninstall It. It's really unfortunate because we missed you like by 5 minutes and would have avoided this situation.
If you re-install our app and leave It be - It will do free automatic backups for you every day! Just will take about 7 to 10 hours to fully complete It due to the amount of products you have.
Tried communicating with the merchant, but got completely ignored. Really sad to get into these kind of situations when everything worked, just took time.

Would you mind installing our app back ? We will help you back up your store. Would like just to investigate where It was stuck.
Also I'm not sure how It's a huge waste of time when you just install, click one button and leave It be! Also instead of paying hundreds of dollars to other apps, give us another chance and we will make It right!
Seems to do a nice job but does not include Apps backups from what I can see.
Thank you for the feedback, but unfortunately no app can backup other apps data as we do not have a way to reach that information.

Smart, simple app that is easy to set up and gets on with the job in the background.
Great app that does exactly what's promised. Would recommend strongly. Setup took about 90 seconds.
It works great!! Great piece of mind knowing my store is protected! I used to like another app, but they got expensive, so I'm sticking with TinyBackup for the time being.
