This app is completely unreliable and a waste of money.
I installed it to set up my TIKTOK Pixel on Shopify, but it simply does not work. The pixel failed to track any data properly despite following all the setup instructions carefully.
Even worse, the app keeps attempting to charge me for a service that is clearly broken. When I contacted customer support, they were unhelpful and refused to issue a refund or take any responsibility.
Charging users for a non-functional service and then denying refunds is unacceptable. This is not how a professional app should operate.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid this app. Save your time and money and look for a better alternative.
