I had been using Tookan for 3 years and they suddenly decided to dramatically increase the monthly price. When I told them to cancel our subscription, Hazim, who is is extremely disrespectful, rude, and condescending, began to argue with me and tried to bully me into keeping the our subscription. I have had issues with Hazim and the way he treats me for months, so it was no surprise that this was the way he responded. I had to continuously email him telling him to cancel our membership, which he did not do, and I was still charged for the next month despite telling them constantly to cancel our subscription. I requested a refund, and was told that it would be applied to our account, which is not the same thing. It has been on ongoing headache, Hazim has been ignoring my email, and Tookan isn't doing anything about it. The app itself is decent, but is absolutely NOT worth the new price point that I was given of $129 per month (up from $44 per month, which was increased from $39 per month back in August). There are much better apps out there with sales reps that are much more polite and respectful than Hazim.
