TrackFlow adds a support chat to your store. Before purchase, it answers product questions. After purchase, it helps customers find their order and tracking. For delivery problems or unhappy customers, the chat can share a private tracking link and, on Growth and Pro, offer a discount code using rules you set. You choose when the chat passes a request to your team. TrackFlow also sends branded order emails and adds a tracking page to your store.
