TrackJoy links each sold device to its manufacturer serial or IMEI. Choose products that need tracking, then scan or type one serial per unit. TrackJoy checks required fields and duplicates before saving. Search a serial to find the order, line item, and sale date. Review completion on the dashboard and export the audit trail as CSV for returns and warranty enquiries. Works in Shopify Admin with your existing identifiers — no serial generation, carrier validation, warranty claims, or POS entry.
