All the time mistakes – some products untranslated (we need to check ALL products to know which ones are completed and which ones are empty), glossary does not work (brands are translated), brands is not at the begining of the title - I am fed up with the app.

I’m sorry to hear about your frustration. During our collaboration, we worked together on a large number of translations across 14 languages.
Regarding the glossary issue, Translify supports DeepL glossaries, including custom DeepL API keys. In this particular case, you forgot to declare some language pairs for the glossary to work, which resulted in certain brand names being translated unexpectedly. We worked together to identify and correct those issues.
For the untranslated products, we investigated several cases where Shopify API throttling, we replayed the affected translations and continued improving the handling of these situations.
I truly appreciate your recognition of the support provided. We exchanged many emails over several months, implemented requested features, created custom glossary setups, replayed failed translations, and worked through issues together to keep your project moving forward.

It is convenient to use both for large texts in the description and for texts in meta fields that are taken out of the general context.
It’s good that there is an honest calculation system for predicting and controlling the funds spent on translation.

Very good support and very good App for multistores
This app has been a game changer for us since all our suppliers are French or Italian and therefore we had to translate thousands (our store has 80k products) of titles, descriptions etc. The owner has been very helpful and open to our suggestions. By far the best app to use if you have translations that need to be done regularly as you add products.
Great app with great service. The possibility to use DeepL (the best translation AI IMHO) is a real bonus. Errors that the AI may make are reliably and quickly corrected by the support.
Don't make the mistake of installing and translating this program because it is free and cheap. It costs $65 for only 235 articles and many of them are not done. For 375 products the translation cost is about $255 and it can go up. The asking price is exorbitant and unacceptable. Also, when I discuss this with the support team, I get the answer that you have too many products and this is not my problem. Definitely stay away.

The app charges based on characters count. So if your articles or product description are huge, it's normal to pay more. Don't forget that we are charged by Deepl too, and on character count basis.
You could do a simulation to get the exact price estimate before spending a cent. No one forced you to use the app.

An Exellent app with fantastic support.
i looked at many apps and companies and stumbled across this by chance,but was glad i did. It does what it says on the tin, with the user having options to select the extent to what you wished translated on the site. I trialed it on one of our stores and are now using on all of them, full marks from us, thanks very much
So glad I found this! Finally a translation app that does everything I need on demand with clear, functional and intuitive options that are easy to understand. Also supports DeepL which gives better results for our content than OpenAI. And a fair pricing structure using credits, not the dreaded subscription model that is so prevalent in this store. I use Translify as a supplement to Shopify's Translate & Adapt. Translify is by far the best translation app I've tried yet. It has a transparent and flexible payment structure and allows for an optional API (Google or Deep AI) for the translations. In addition, the support is fast and efficient. 5 big stars from here.
