Sprout: Plant Trees Grow Sales

I am very happy I found this app. It meets exactly my needs because it offers a very flexible model, and I can see the results of the positive impact transparently! Customer support is very responsive and helpful!

I am so excited to be able to offer this to our customers and truly give something back. Saif is amazing to deal with, has been very helpful in letting us customize what we want to offer by selecting which Eden Project we wanted to plant trees in, also customize other options.

Honestly, I had installed Ecologic's app first, but after attempting to make contact with them for help 3 times and never getting a response, I deleted their app and tried Sprout, I wish I just saved my time and went with Sprout in the first place. If you are trying to decide on which company to go with, do yourself a favour and choose Sprout.

OMG this app is awesome! When I installed it they immediately asked if I needed help through the chat portal. Then they guided me through the integration with a simple video. They also have written step-by-step instructions if its easier for some people. Once linked, you can have free access to a range of marketing materials once you sign an agreement that shows you understand how to use their logos and give the organizations credit. The organizations are providing work, structure and the power of reforestation to communities all over the world. I am going to breathe easier knowing every sale is helping the planet. Thank you!

Mirvise is very friendly! Because the time zone is different, I often ask him for help at his local time at 11 o'clock in the evening, but whenever I find him, he will reply enthusiastically and help me. I have no reason not to give him a five-star praise, the same , this app can be set to plant trees after the order reaches a certain amount, which can also increase the unit price of customers. Super easy to use, with a straightforward setup. Stellar support - one of the founders was in chat with me while I set it up, and was able to instantly address a detail I needed changed.

Sprout is a breeze to install and the setup is super intuitive. We took them up on their offer to insert the code for us. Big thank-you to Saif who was super helpful and even responded over the weekend. We love the badges that appear on each product page and inside the cart. I am thrilled with this app and the cause it supports - it's simple and useful. Other apps felt very bloated down with different UI elements, campaigns, pricing, etc. I do think those are good for some brands but I needed something very simple. Also love how transparent they are about how it works and impact they've made so far. I had some issues with styling the elements on my product pages and checkout due to my theme's color scheme, but I reached out to Saif and his team and the help and attention I received was OUTSTANDING! Beyond excellent. Saif accessed my store's theme and quickly made some changes that made everything look 10x better. I would recommend this app to anyone, the reviews are well-deserved!
