We recently started using Trivas to bring together data from Shopify, Amazon, Meta, Google Ads, and Klaviyo. The biggest value so far has been having a unified view of performance across channels without needing to pull reports from multiple tools.
The setup was straightforward and the team was very responsive in helping us get everything connected. We’re also exploring their AI Wingman feature to generate insights and reports quickly.
Overall, it’s been helpful for getting clearer visibility into our e-commerce performance.
I have been asking the team to actively use it as part of our daily workflow. It’s already making it easier to get a clear view of performance without pulling data from multiple places and helps us quickly understand what’s actually driving results….. the forecasting piece has also been useful for thinking through spend and growth decisions.
