True COGS records what you paid on every receipt, recalculates weighted-average or FIFO cost, and keeps each product's cost per item true. Upload a supplier invoice PDF and it reads only the lines it can prove, or connect QuickBooks or Xero. Freight and duty fold into landed cost. Turn on order access and each sale is costed at that day's price — gross profit, and which variants sell below cost. Order lines only: quantities, prices, discounts, refunds. Never shopper names or emails.
