Really good customer service if you get stuck and easy to understand tracking which keeps improving. I feel like these guys are on the cutting edge of things. a competitor is currently heavily advertising that they send data back to ad platforms as if that is a unique thing, but TrueRoas has been doing this for year.
TrueROAS is a great tool for getting clear insight into which ads drive sales and which don't. It's great at analyzing ad creatives, headlines, hooks, etc. and letting me know which ads are effective and which are just wasting money. Incredible value.
I am paying for the CAPI server side pixel that add even more insight. Their pixel sends info to Klaviyo and helps me to get more complete insight into how effective my email marketing is and where revenue comes from.
TrueROAS finally helped me actually understand my Meta data instead of guessing.
The biggest difference is that it shows data in REAL TIME, while Meta is always delayed. That alone makes it much easier to make quick and accurate decisions.

Started using TrueRoas earlier this month and so far it's been great! I really like the extensive dashboard and seeing which ads made assists is helpfulp. Had some issues with my account, but Rasmus and John were able to help out immediately and solve it. I highly recommend TrueRoas!
It started displaying the metrics, even though Facebook hadn’t shown anything since I launched the campaign. It’s very helpful to finally see the metrics.

Great app for seeing a true picture of digital marketing performance. Dashboard is well laid out and very useful.
Worst customer support ever. They respond once every few days and don't help resolve issues. The dashboard metrics don't reflect reality, making it impossible to conduct any analytics.

Slow support responses are not acceptable, and if your dashboard data wasn't reflecting reality, that's a tracking setup issue we should have caught and fixed proactively during onboarding. We've been improving our onboarding process specifically to prevent situations like this.
If you're open to it, I'd personally like to jump on a call to understand what went wrong and make it right. We stand behind the product and I don't want you leaving with a broken experience.

wow. its really a life saver and money saver and money tracker, to know excatly where the money is going and from where money is coming to which creative.. i just love it..
