Have been a a lifelong free plan and now all of a sudden they have secretly started to charge us 179 dollar/month! A complete scam and I would stay away from this App every day. Stay away from it if you do not want to get scammed.
Hello, this sounds like a big misunderstanding. I can see you've been with us quite a while and all charges are made via Shopify (actually you're on the cheapest plan, that's not available anymore). Friend introduced the trueroas fro us. And i am amazed everithing at one place real data no p....hit. I ti so more easer to now make plans wher eto add more budget and so on. So we used also aimerce what cost os 300$ per month now the same turover in sales we only pay 152$ per monht. And again so much more data. I love that it send real data to ads platform. Yes miner mistakes to adjust the account in the beginning, but Rasmus the owner is always there to help. So very quick support. So if you want to know all the data in one place and not want to buy 3-5 different programs then true roas is the app you need to have.
Worst customer support ever. They respond once every few days and don't help resolve issues. The dashboard metrics don't reflect reality, making it impossible to conduct any analytics.

Slow support responses are not acceptable, and if your dashboard data wasn't reflecting reality, that's a tracking setup issue we should have caught and fixed proactively during onboarding. We've been improving our onboarding process specifically to prevent situations like this.
If you're open to it, I'd personally like to jump on a call to understand what went wrong and make it right. We stand behind the product and I don't want you leaving with a broken experience.

Great app for better attribution tracking. Support is always very helpful. I also like that they are constantly improving the dashboard, bringing in Ai new features.

I've been recommended by a community to use it and it's very good and also very easy to setup. It has it's own dashboard and very usefull, in my case meta ads.
