The app stopped working, I contacted support. I received the reply "I have reported a problem with the shipment for verification. When I receive a reply, I will get back to you with it", 12 days have passed since this e-mail and no one has contacted us!
Dear TrustMate: With other applications, in 99% of cases the problem is solved within 24 hours, the support asks for a "Collaborator Request", and then checks and solves the problem.
Customers: I do not recommend!
The application does not work, it does not integrate with Shopify since it asks me each time for the UUID code and when I update it asks me again! The support does not seem responsive either, I was in contact with a person from their support yesterday and when I brought up this problem no more news, so I think I will turn to a more known and reliable solution and therefore do not recommend this app!
