We’ve been using Mirra for our Shopify store (SACHA DRAKE) and it has completely elevated how our customers shop online. The ability to try multiple styles at home before purchasing has been a game-changer, giving customers the confidence to explore new fits and styles without hesitation.

The app integrates smoothly with Shopify and feels like a natural extension of the store experience. Setup was straightforward, and the Mirra team has been incredibly responsive and supportive, ensuring everything runs perfectly from both a customer and operations perspective.

It’s rare to find a solution that enhances conversion, customer trust, and brand experience all at once. Mirra delivers on all three. Highly recommended for any fashion retailer looking to offer a premium, flexible, and customer-first shopping experience.

The Try with Mirra team have been fantastic! It's been almost 4 months and our AOV for TWM orders is 44% more than non TWM orders. Wow. I knew as a new brand that the try before you buy would be super helpful for conversions but this is next level. Also, why don't other app have these kinds of metrics? Its almost like other apps are afraid to show ROI but the TWM analytics leads with that.

In addition, the support team has been so responsive and that is critical because this is very much a customer facing app.

If you're confident in your product, then you'll want to add this app to your shop!

We were so excited to find about Try With Mirra’s TBYB service – as a home décor brand with a higher price point, it makes complete sense that our customers would want to see our pieces in their own home before committing.

Within a few days of having it on our site (and without any communications around it yet), we have our first order!

The Try Mirra team have been really helpful and responsive during the whole process of setting up and running the app. The data to date is strong, we've had a lot of new customers trying our brand as they can now Try Before They Buy and many of these orders converting into sales. As a fashion brand there is definitely a demand for customers to try styles before they buy in the comfort of their home particularly if they are unsure about sizing. This additional service has helped us grow sales and attract new customers. We have had a few instances where customer returns (and final payments) have had to be proactively followed up and Try Mirra have stepped in to help where needed; on balance we have experienced very few issues in comparison to overall increase of sales.

Introducing a Try at Home service is working well for us. We are picking up new customers that are hesitant about buying sunglasses online. We have always offered free returns, but customers are responding better to this option as it's automated. Feedback from customers who have used the service so far has been very positive.

We have been using Try With Mirra for a few months and couldn't be happier! It’s a great platform and the process is seamless for both brand and customers. It has definitely increased confidence in shopping and we have already seen a significant increase in AOV. Furthermore, we have saved multiple hours in customer service!

We've been using Try before you buy with Mirra for about 3 months now, we wanted to test it out in our quiet period and so far so good. Shannon & the team have been AMAZING to work with, always easy to communicate with and troubleshoot ideas etc. I feel confident that when our peak seasons hit it will run smoothly and seamlessly because of the great systems in place.

The try with mirra, home try on system has given new customers peace of mind when trying our brand for the first time, our send back rate has been really small so we do recommend this app to capture new customers. The customer service at try with mirra is outstanding they have been so helpful and completed the set up for me. I cannot recommend this app enough!

This has solved so many problems for my online swimwear biz. My customers love they can now try before you buy which was always a major hurdle for new customers.
