I run a jeans brand, so being able to offer Try Before You Buy has been so helpful. Jeans are such a personal fit, and I love that customers can try a couple of pairs at home without having to pay the full amount upfront and then decide what actually works for them.
Mirra has made the whole process really easy to manage and our customers have really loved having the option. It’s been such a good addition to the business and I’d definitely recommend it!
You've captured exactly why Try Before You Buy and denim are such a natural fit. Jeans are one of the hardest things to get right online, so giving your customers the room to try a couple of pairs at home and settle on the pair that truly works takes all that guesswork away. It's a much better experience for them, and clearly a better outcome for the brand too.

Our customers really embraced the Try At Home service and appreciate the opportunity to try different pieces at home. We see our AOV for Try At Home orders is 60% higher, bringing in a nice boost. The team is lovely, easy to work with and jump on any issues right away. The Try with Mirra team have been fantastic! It's been almost 4 months and our AOV for TWM orders is 44% more than non TWM orders. Wow. I knew as a new brand that the try before you buy would be super helpful for conversions but this is next level. Also, why don't other app have these kinds of metrics? Its almost like other apps are afraid to show ROI but the TWM analytics leads with that.
In addition, the support team has been so responsive and that is critical because this is very much a customer facing app.

I had a bit of a different use case for the app and nothing was a problem for them.
Pete, Michael and the team talked me through the process to use the app and checked in with me to make sure it was everything I'd expected.
This is hands down the BEST app for deferring payments and knowing the process is automated behind the scenes to manage stock and not leave you out of pocket or chasing orders.
After trying other try before you buy options and them not being a good fit with our online store, we downloaded Try Before You Buy with Mirra and we are impressed with the quick integration and customer service. Shannon has been a big help and has helped ease any concerns we have with extending our online platform into a new offer for our existing and future customers. Having a higher ticket eyewear and watch platform can easily scare customers off so having an option such as try before you buy we hope will increase our AOV, customer loyalty and bring in new clientele.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Pete, and he is a legend! He has truly made the whole process a breeze. Shoes are notoriously tricky to purchase online so "Try With Mirra" has been a great addition to our online store as a luxury footwear boutique with a higher price point. The service has helped us acquire many first-time buyers and our success rate of pairs kept by them so far has been 100%. It has helped take the risk out of online shopping for our customers.
The setup process was quick and easy with Peter, Shannon, and the team, and I know that there is help if I need it.
I also loved that they had marketing collateral ready to go to help promote/explain the process to customers in a straightforward way and we were able to see our first order within a few days of set up. Would highly recommend it to any e-commerce store!

This has solved so many problems for my online swimwear biz. My customers love they can now try before you buy which was always a major hurdle for new customers.
