I’ve had the pleasure of working with Pete, and he is a legend! He has truly made the whole process a breeze. We were on a mission to tackle a pain point in our business, helping customers determine their ring size and whether a particular style would suit them, especially for those who haven’t worn jewellery before. I’m pleased to say that we’ve successfully addressed this issue. Plus, we’re seeing an increase in our average order value, which was another goal we were working on.
We implemented Try with Mirra last week and we are off to a great start. It's clearly getting new customers over the line with 82% of the orders coming from new customers.TWM orders also have a higher AOV. The team were amazing to deal with and made the who onboarding seamless.

This has solved so many problems for my online swimwear biz. My customers love they can now try before you buy which was always a major hurdle for new customers. Shoes are notoriously tricky to purchase online so "Try With Mirra" has been a great addition to our online store as a luxury footwear boutique with a higher price point. The service has helped us acquire many first-time buyers and our success rate of pairs kept by them so far has been 100%. It has helped take the risk out of online shopping for our customers.
