I tested a bunch of virtual try-on apps and most of them couldn’t handle my bikini styles. Between content restrictions and how open the garments are, the results were either blocked, distorted, or just looked awkward.
TryPoint was the exception. It handled even the challenging pieces and the output looked natural, not “AI-ish.” Even when customers upload a regular, casual photo, the try-on still comes out clean and believable, and the garment details stay accurate. That’s what impressed me most: it doesn’t ruin the product, and it doesn’t make the try-on experience look cringe.
TryPoint is the first one I’ve seen that feels genuinely usable for real commerce.
Thank you. Bikini and open styles are exactly where most try-on falls apart, between content filters and distortion, so it means a lot that TryPoint held up on the hard pieces. Our focus is the part you called out: making it genuinely usable for real commerce, so it doesn't ruin the product or look cringe.

I’ve tried basically every virtual try-on app on the Shopify App Store, and TryPoint is the most accurate by far. The output looks the best out of every example I tested. The fit and drape feel more believable, the visuals are cleaner, and the results look premium instead of “AI-ish.”
I asked the team straight up: “Why is it so accurate? How are you achieving this?” It turns out they’re participants in the Google for Startups program, with access to the most up-to-date Google virtual try-on models. They’re using a specialized model and collaborating closely with Google to make it work as well as possible. The results are consistently sharp and polished.
For a swimwear wholesaler brand, realism matters. With TryPoint, the images came out far beyond expectations and genuinely miles ahead of anything else I found on the App Store.
Thank you. You asked how we get the accuracy, so the honest answer: it comes from Google's try-on models, not from us. Being part of the Google for Startups program gets us early access to the newest ones, and our job is to bring them into your store and make them work on real products like swimwear. Realism is everything for a wholesaler, since your buyers judge the brand on it, and we're glad it's landing for you.

We run LeBeautiful and sell sexy, open-style outfits, so virtual try-on has always been a struggle. Most try-on apps either refuse to generate anything (sensitivity filters) or they “solve” it by warping the body and skewing the garment, which makes everything look artificial, painted, and honestly kind of cringe.
TryPoint blew past our expectations. The try-ons actually look like real photos, not AI. The garments stay accurate, the output is clean, and it feels like something we can confidently put in front of customers.
Since adding TryPoint, we’ve been getting consistent positive feedback from shoppers, and it’s helped customers feel more confident in what they’re buying. That’s translated into better conversion and fewer returns for us.
If you sell anything remotely challenging for other virtual try-on apps, especially styles that tend to trigger filters or cause distortion, TryPoint is the first one we’ve used that genuinely works.
Thank you, genuinely. Open and body-conscious styles are one of the hardest problems in the whole try-on category, between the filters and the warping you described. Getting clean, real-looking results there is the bar, and we're glad TryPoint cleared it for you.

TryPoint is the first virtual try-on experience I’ve tested that feels like it’s moving in the right direction fast. What sold me was the speed of execution and how responsive the team is to real merchant feedback.
I asked for back view try-on because, for apparel, front-only is not enough. They shipped the back virtual try-on in 2 days, and they’re using the latest Google virtual try-on AI model (it was released just days ago and it’s already integrated). That kind of shipping cadence is rare.
I also appreciate that the team actually thinks about the full conversion journey, not just the “cool AI demo.” They’ve been open to ideas like improving the customer-facing flow, making results more shareable, and building better ways to operationalize VTO outcomes. It feels like a product that’s being built with merchants, not just for merchants.
If you want try-on that’s improving quickly, with a founder-led team that listens and ships, this is a strong choice.
Thank you, this is exactly how we want to build, with merchants and not just for them. The back-view request is a good example: front-only isn't enough for apparel, so we shipped it. And you're right that the win isn't the demo, it's the full path to a sale, so more shareable results and a stronger shopper flow are where we're headed next. Keep the ideas coming. Our fastest improvements have all started with a merchant telling us what's missing.

Thank you for the early rating. You're about a day in, so we'd genuinely like to know what made it land and what you'd want next.
If you have any feature ideas, send them our way.
We're always happy to consider building what merchants actually ask for, and that feedback is what shapes where TryPoint goes.
