Record and export point of sale (POS) transactions to comply with KassenSichV regulation.
The Kassensicherungsverordnung (KassenSichV) requires German retailers with tax obligations to connect their electronic cash registers to a technical security system (TSE) and report all POS transactions. This app is a cloud TSE solution and is certified as compliant by the GoBD. To comply with KassenSichV regulation, use this app to record and export POS transaction data. The data, which comes directly from Shopify’s unaltered database, can be shared with your local tax office if required.

Funktioniert nicht, Support kann das Problem nicht lösen, die Übermittlung an das Finanzamt klappt nicht. Wir hatten nur Probleme deswegen und unserer Steuerberater musste alles sehr aufwendig und kostenintensiv klären. Die Probleme für Unternehmen werden sehr Problematisch! Bezahlen musste wir trotzdem! Unverschämtheit.Wir können nur jedem von TSE (KassenSichV) abraten.
TSE funktioniert seit Monaten trotz ständigem Reset der App auf dem Tablet quasi nicht mehr. Schwierig, da gesetzeswidrig. Überlege Shopify zu verlassen.
Wir nutzen die Shopify POS seit nun zwei Jahren. Anfangs hat TSE zu 95% immer funktioniert. Seit einem Jahr ist TSE quasi nicht mehr vorhanden. Es wird zwar aufgezeichnet, aber der der Code auf dem Kassenzettel wird nur 1x von 1000 abgebildet. Der Support ist keine Hilfe. Standard-Antworten, Update-Anleitungen, Berichte senden usw. Man wird jedes Mal vertröstet, dass die Entwickler an dem Thema dran sind, das es Priorität hat usw. ... es tut sich leider gar nichts, deshalb ist die POS aktuell sehr bedenklich was die Rechtskonformität betrifft. Shopify kümmert das leider nicht. Schade, dass es keine Alternative zu dieser App gibt.
