Tuki keeps loyalty rewards inside Shopify, not a third-party database. Balances live on Shopify's native store credit ledger, so they survive uninstall, stay accurate through orders and refunds, and never desync. Customers earn points from orders, signups, referrals, and birthdays, then redeem for discount codes, store credit, gift cards, or product rewards — with VIP tiers unlocking higher earn rates. Referral fraud checks, and outbound webhooks keep everything correct.
