1 star (for now), only because I’ve reached out to support multiple times and haven’t received a response yet. I’m also running into compatibility issues with my paid Shopify theme.
I genuinely want to use this app, it would be extremely useful if I can get these issues resolved. Happy to update this to 5 stars once support gets back to me and we can fix the problem.
Actually terrible. Insanely slow response times, poor customer service. They don't even care to update the plugin ever. No collab support.. because what musician collabs with others, right?
Not too mention it costs twice as much as Beatstars, and it's twice as bad as beatsars. It's clear that they just don't don't actually make or sell music because this is just a sham. Can't even upload my zip files because they're too big so im FORCED to upgrade. Sickening.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I paid $30 a month for 6 months to this app and it NEVER worked right. The songs linked to this app would not send to my customers who purchased them. And no one on shopify could figure out why. MANY MANY attempts to contact support were unanswered and to this day I have paid out hundreds of dollars for an app that never worked. ROBBERY! And the app sucks and doesn't do what it says it will anyway.
Horrible app do not waste your time it never sends the purchased item to the customer.
Customer service is beyond terrible, this app could easily be a 5 star product with basic customer service and the ability to add your on license agreements...
