It's been a while that I'm using Twik Analytics and the option to see all of the data in one place and a more visual place helps me to now be hands on my data! I really like the Twik dashboard, it does make it easier to collate data, but the only issue is how heavy the code affects the speed of the store. I found that even after uninstallation, a small javascript snippet was left over in the main page. Once removed the store speed (via Google PageSpeed) had a 20 point difference, which is highly noticeable. I may re-install the app once this has been addressed.

I like the analytics, but my own antivirus is detecting it as a virus. That's a turnoff for any customer.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the false alert from AVG antivirus. The antivirus company has confirmed this was a false negative detection, and Twik Analytics has been removed from their risk list.
