I really liked the option to choose different plans to suit my company's needs as we grew. The team at TXTFi are extremely helpful and are there to answer any questions that may come up during the process.
TXTFi has been an unbelievably great partner helping us achieve our goals in the SMS ordering space. The customer service is unmatched and the back end is easy enough for a beginner to use. Two weeks into their service and couldn't recommend it enough.
Great service! Was setup and running within minutes. The support team was very helpful as well. Very quick to respond and resolve any problems.

I agree with prior review. The support is fantastic. We were hesitant because we're contacting customers via text, but so far, there's been no complaints or push back. It takes a couple months to get traction, but the trend is strong. I'd recommend for anyone looking to target millennials because very few check email these days. Thumbs up!

Being a company where people re-order each month, we wanted to go beyond the use of email and text reminders. We wanted something that would make it easy for them to re-order and this was it. Sooo easy to set up and they were great at helping us get everything right. We love it and so do our customers.

This app is great! We have been looking for new, creative ways to get customers to repurchase our boxes and this has been really successful for us. Definitely a step up from an email and other apps we've tried. Super easy set up and everything is customizable.
Game changer app to our store! If you're a DTC brand and don't have this app you're seriously missing out. So easy to download and integrate and we absolutely love how smooth the conversations are. Very straightforward and easy to use! The customer support team is outstanding as well which is pretty rare these days to find. Wish we downloaded it sooner!
Cool app! Needed something that would allow our customers to easily re-order since we don't offer subscriptions. Support is pretty good, very fast reply times. They helped us set everything up.
Emails work pretty well for re-ordering, but we not only wanted something even easier for customers to use for re-ordering, but additional ways to go after customers (Emails get caught in SPAM and our customers get so many of them!). TXTFi was it. We saw some bigger companies using this type of platform so we didn't think it was affordable, but TXTFi was. They helped us set everything up, and now we are able to automate sms messages to customers to reorder right through their phone. It's been working very well and we plan on implementing it across all our businesses online!
We were looking for an app to allow us to easily offer text message ordering for our customers to help with re-orders. We did not want to spend a lot to build this out ourselves, We were up and running the same day. Support is great, always a reply same day...helped us setup everything.
