Absolutely brilliant app! It connects to Shopify and handles orders automatically, making my life so much easier. At first, I had to recreate products in the app, which was a bit of a hassle, but Andy was amazing and he set up a custom integration so I could use my existing products. Huge time saver! I believe this is now a standard feature, so setup is even smoother. Customer service is top-notch, and everything runs like a dream. Highly recommend!
SuperFast POD has been a game-changer for our business. We use it to automatically route relevant orders to specific production partners, who then seamlessly produce and fulfill them. The Shopify integration works flawlessly, saving us time and effort.
Their customer support is also top-notch.

I'm disappointed, I really wanted to use this app. I had a few issues:
The mockup templates were not perfectly aligned. I contacted SuperFastPOD twice, but they never replied.
Still waiting for a reply and I continued. I discovered that my add to cart and buy now buttons had disappeared because of this app. I contacted SuperFastPOD again, but of course they never replied.
I then contacted them via Facebook message - no reply.
I did give them plenty of time to reply. In summary, I contacted them four times and not once did they reply. Imagine if I had an issues with a product or an order.
I installed the app on 12 July 2023 and had no choice other than to uninstall on 1 August 2023. My add to cart and buy now buttons have returned.
