Great app but more importantly the support team are very responsive and will work through any issues you may have.
Completely strange: when I added a main product and the upsell window appeared, I added an upsell product, but the cart emptied and only kept the upsell product, meaning I lost my main product. In my case, it doesn’t work.

The "Upsell" offer type is designed to encourage customers to upgrade their initial selection. This means that when an upsell product is chosen, it replaces the original item in the cart - typically as a higher-value or upgraded option.
If this approach doesn't align with your needs, we suggest exploring the "Cross-sell" offer type instead. With cross-sell, the additional product selected in the popup will be added to your cart alongside the original item, rather than replacing it.

We converted from the previous Related products app and were supported in the transition. The new app flows well and is quick and easy to use . The pop up for related products looks great.

Some of my products are a la carte and I needed a way to show my customers more options. This turned out to be the perfect app for that. I did have a few problems in the beginning but the support was awesome and they had me up and running within 24 hours. Definitely worth checking out.
