Superior app! So many great features to boost your store and sales. Good customization possibilities and very easy to use. I highly recommend it to all Shopify users.

Definitely one of the best apps and customer service teams out there.
I got charged amount under "professional fees" even when I uninstalled this app within the trial period. This is unacceptable. Pls refund the amount.

Our records indicate that the app was used for 10 days, which is beyond the 7-day free trial, and the charge was therefore automatically applied by Shopify under “Professional” plan. Please note that all app billing is handled directly by Shopify.

Really impressed with the Upsell Kit app and their customer service! It’s super user-friendly and easy to set up. I originally tried a competitor (ReConvert), but it was far too complicated. Update. after using it a month before its okay but to be honest it doesnt help me boost my sales so i did not continue my sub..
Recently I tried the trial period again because I have promotion and uninstall after 7 days but they charged me the whole price! what a shocker.

After reviewing our records, we found that during the most recent installation, the app was used for 11 days, which is beyond the 7-day free trial. When an app remains installed past the trial period, Shopify automatically applies the subscription charge. Please note that all billing, approvals, and charges are handled directly by Shopify, not by the app developer.
