completely waste app , there is no customer support , i am paying customer and still no resolution to my problem. if you want to save money and have better features try other available apps . this app is just horrendous.

Sudden Removal of Free Tier and we had our clothing charts gone!

We didn't receive any email with prior knowledge of removing the free plan

Terrible communication and terrible move by removing the free Tier.

Used to be amazing. Now stuff isn't working and they are trying to pass off AI as real customer service that's a joke. If it wasn't AI I have never had a human repeat the question back to me as the solution. Bummer because I loved the app but if they can't even provide customer service anymore I would rather spend more and go to anther app.

Superior app! So many great features to boost your store and sales. Good customization possibilities and very easy to use. I highly recommend it to all Shopify users.

Really impressed with the Upsell Kit app and their customer service! It’s super user-friendly and easy to set up. I originally tried a competitor (ReConvert), but it was far too complicated. Upsell Kit made everything simple, and when I had a question, their live chat agent responded quickly with helpful guidance. I’m very pleased with both the app and the support — highly recommend!

Very impressed so far!! This app has so many options to enhance my website! I just added their product upsell app to my site and I think it will help increase my AOV drastically with just this little change. I can't wait to try out all the other apps. Excellent tool kit. It's made my online store amazing, especially being a new Shopify store owner. I was initially nervous but the service I received was outstanding.
They even helped me with a problem I had with payment logos at the bottom of my store! They didn't have to but they went out of their way to help me and save me money to get it done by a developer. I'm absolutely happy I downloaded this app. Thank you so much.

I have only been using this for a few days. So far this is excellent! This has a lot of features!!! Seriously, look at everything included. I needed help on a few things and the support was quick, polite, and solved my problem easily. One of the things I noticed is that the support did not beg for a review like some others do. That was a refreshing change and very appreciated! I highly recommend this app for the features and support included.

The app is useful for showing the stats for how many items have been "upsold", so great to see if it was worth implementing, and also for management purposes too.

I will be looking at using their other tooling soon to complement my website further.
