Did not work as expected, showing multiple bugs during the add-to-cart process. Unfortunately, the support team was unable to resolve the issue.

It is unfortunate to receive this review, but after reviewing our entire customer service process, we believe we do not deserve this rating.

You reported an issue when adding a bundle to a third-party app’s slide cart. Our engineers investigated the issue and determined that the problem was caused by the third-party app, providing evidence to support this conclusion. You mentioned that you would forward our findings to the slide cart app team.
