We used to use another platform to manage our subscriptions but when we moved to Shopify we searched for another solution. Native Subscriptions does everything we need at a great price. Since we moved from another platform we needed to migrate our subscriptions and the Thimatic team were very helpful in doing so. When we had an issue with the pricing of our imported subscriptions they were able to rectify the issue very quickly.

Great subscription solution, with probably the most reasonable pricing structure out there. Also works well with their other app solutions which we will eventually delve into. Customer support was very speedy and helpful (thanks Jigs).

Integration of the app has not been straight forward but the support team from Native have been very responsive in troubleshooting any issue we've faced. So far so good. Highly recommend.

Excellent subscription app, we tried many subscription apps but Native subscription seems very good with lot features and quick support, we have Shopify Plus plan with multiple store. I will implement this app for all stores.

We've been in business over 10 years and we've never had a subscription product. This app allowed us to get setup very quickly and efficiently. We had questions and needed some help and the team was absolutely fantastic. Quick responses, screenshots and excellent support. Pricing is on point too. So far the feedback from customers and test group has been great. Thanks Native!

We were looking for a cost effective app to introduce a subscription service to our customers. After some research, we landed on Native Subscription and have been really pleased with how it performs and particularly impressed by the customer service - we have limited tech resources - the Native Subscription team have been incredibly responsive and helpful - responding within 24 hours of query and solution sorted shortly after. In addition, we have been impressed how positively they have taken on feedback and made adjustments to their app to better serve our customers.

The team are quick to assist and have been helpful with our transfer so far. I did send a small wishlist of inclusions that they have told me are underway. From the update log, I can see they have come a long way since early this year with new features being added at a rapid rate. I have high hopes for using this app for many of my other brands. I just need to get better at transferring existing subscriptions over.

Update 11/9/22: Trying unsuccessfully to use this by having one variant of a product be a subscription, and another variant not. It's never worked properly. Still experiencing the problem of our time zones and having to wait 24 hours for a response, only to send a reply and wait another 24 hours. This exact issue is also a problem for another Shopify store I have, and when trying to fix that issue their team couldn't figure out how to get in as a collaborator to give support. After their "fix" a couple of days ago, all looked good on the front end (finally), but when customers started buying the subscription it took their orders but failed to create a subscription plan for them nor retain their payment info. So now I have to track them all down and figure out some kind of workaround. And this is all on the paid version of this app. Update: Cautiously raising my review to 4 after support has finally actually read my detailed issue carefully and fixed the malfunctioning code. When this app works, it is exactly what I need, especially because it is one of the only subscription apps that allows the customer to check out natively within Shopify. I am crossing my fingers it continues to work from now on, and in a couple of months if things have remained issue free I will update to 5 stars. Previous: This app is having a major code glitch through a huge subscription product launch. Support doesn't read my notes carefully and sends responses that don't address the issue. The time difference means waiting 24 hours for a ticket response. The offer of a support call only offers me appointments in the dead middle of the night for my time zone. I am beyond frustrated, and wasting hours of my (and staff) time for the last two days of this launch because we have to babysit the plan, which keeps changing its own settings everytime it is purchased, causing it to malfunction.
