You have added the wrong subject in the email notification. All the subscriptions are activated and we have also displayed the Failed payment reason in our app admin.
Failed payment errors are "Your card has insufficient funds" and "Your card was declined"
We also have shared the full reason list with the screenshots on your ticket. Please check that too. So please let us know if you did not understand this issue so we can help you with this asap as our app is working perfectly in your store. Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Giving it 5 stars even before I use it because the customer service has been so good (once I figured out they're in India and it was better to contact them at night (which is easy for me)). There were issues with integrating with our Shopify Theme. But they patiently took care of it. Our site goes live in a couple weeks. This is when Iook forward to testing it and giving the another 5 stars for how it actually works.
I installed the app and was easy to set up and I'm not a tech-minded chap. I've just had come help on chat which was also great. The true value for me is good fast support which is what I received - bravo Native Team, thank you.
This app works well for our subscription programs. We have monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly programs and this app allows us to automatically execute the subscriptions of our products regularly.

Great app. Be sure to send messages for problems in advance if you're in the USA... they are a little different on time as most apps are. ... but for the price and ease of setup it is a wonderful and well constructed app. Something Shopify desperately needed. We've been at the mercy of complicated high rates for bad design for too long.
I can only give my best recommendation to this app. My needs for a subscription plan was not easy. I try lots of different apps.
With Jigs wonderful help and patience, it succeed. This app is easy to work with, and aftter it is set up, you just have to see the money roll in month after month :)

This app really works very well. Not everything worked perfectly from the beginning but the support is really great! We were helped very quickly and gaps in the code were closed immediately according to our wishes. The people from Thimatic also do the complete installation on request and the response time is also very fast. So we can only recommend this app!
Great app and easy to use / understand. Customer support is also great, fast and efficient. Would be useful to include an option to give customers / create free subscriptions (we like to gift subscriptions as raffle prizes for local charities).
I looked through every subscription app I could find and tested 3-4 on my website. This one had the best features for least cost. I was pretty happy with it, but have become very loyal after a few experiences working with support on issues I was having (they helped point out it was actually a different app causing them). I think this app is going to be a huge boost for our business in providing flexibility for our customer. Knowing there is a solid support system if issues gives me the comfort to push forward without reservation.
