With UVDesk helpdesk App Merchants can now provide a Direct and Uninterrupted Support to your Customers. As this help desk system will record all the customer inquiry/complaint information, till the time its solved and you can refer them anytime in future. The app will increase the ROI (Return On Investment).

Features:

  4. Customers can create ticket (using the widget) related to any concern and Merchant can reply, maintaining the record of the same.

  5. Merchant and Customer can view the history of the ticket's created.

  6. Notification to both the Merchant and the Customer for new action performed on the ticket created.

  7. Easy to use and install.

To start using it, you need to have an account on uvdesk helpdesk.

You will have to configure the App by entering the email, subdomain etc. for which UVDesk is to be used. Merchant can be redirected to the UVDesk account by clicking GoToUvdesk button. A Widget will be displayed on the Store Front once Merchant configured the app correctly.

On the Store Front, a widget will appear. Clicking on which the form pops up and Customer can ask question/inquire and submitting the same.

Then the Merchant will be notified about the new message from the Customer. And the Customer will be notified that a ticket has been created with the UVDesk Login link. Both the Merchant and the Customer can continue the conversation with the ticket as the reference.

Customer can visit the ‘My account’ section to view the history of queries asked. In customers “My account” page, there will be a button to show all the tickets and their details. Clicking on View ticket button, list of all the tickets the customer has raised will get displayed.

WOW! From day 1 we've been using a suite of WebKul apps. The Apps are great but the customer support is even better. This UVdesk app is super simple to use, in no time I was able to install and configure it. I ran into 1 issue, messaged WebKul support through the UVDesk app and they fixed it. We are not tech savy at all so having WebKul help us and stand behind us is really a game changer. Any issues you may have or think you have WebKul will fix, they really stand behind their products.
