Easy to use and install.
To start using it, you need to have an account on uvdesk helpdesk.
You will have to configure the App by entering the email, subdomain etc. for which UVDesk is to be used. Merchant can be redirected to the UVDesk account by clicking GoToUvdesk button. A Widget will be displayed on the Store Front once Merchant configured the app correctly.
On the Store Front, a widget will appear. Clicking on which the form pops up and Customer can ask question/inquire and submitting the same.
Then the Merchant will be notified about the new message from the Customer. And the Customer will be notified that a ticket has been created with the UVDesk Login link. Both the Merchant and the Customer can continue the conversation with the ticket as the reference.
Customer can visit the ‘My account’ section to view the history of queries asked. In customers “My account” page, there will be a button to show all the tickets and their details. Clicking on View ticket button, list of all the tickets the customer has raised will get displayed.
